Ingredients
2 cups raw almonds
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large bowl, mix almonds, coconut flakes, chocolate chunks, condensed milk, and salt until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until chocolate is melted and edges are golden.
Cool completely in the pan.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Do not overbake to prevent the chocolate from drying out.
Feel free to substitute with semi-sweet or milk chocolate if preferred.
