Description

Crunchy roasted almonds, sweet coconut, and rich dark chocolate come together in this easy bark—perfect for quick desserts or homemade gifts!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

  • 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  • In a large bowl, mix almonds, coconut flakes, chocolate chunks, condensed milk, and salt until well combined.

  • Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until chocolate is melted and edges are golden.

  • Cool completely in the pan.

 

  • Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to prevent the chocolate from drying out.

  • Feel free to substitute with semi-sweet or milk chocolate if preferred.
