Ingredients
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
¼ cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Drop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Gently flatten each mound into a round disc.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.
Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm or at room temp.
Notes
Be sure to drain the spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy crisps.
Delicious on their own or served with a dip.
