Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese until smooth.

  • Stir in spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  • Drop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

  • Gently flatten each mound into a round disc.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and crisp.

  • Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm or at room temp.

Notes

  • Be sure to drain the spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy crisps.

  • Delicious on their own or served with a dip.
