Description

Savory Protein McGriddle Muffins—maple sausage, cheese, and Kodiak mix baked into high-protein, freezer-ready breakfast bites on the go!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak pancake mix

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean maple sausage, browned and patted dry

  • 2 eggs

  • 1¾ cups Fairlife milk (for extra protein)

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup shredded cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.

  • Mix Kodiak mix, eggs, milk, and maple syrup in a large bowl.

  • Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese until fully combined.

  • Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.

  • Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

 

  • Cool slightly before serving. Optionally drizzle with maple syrup.
