Savory Protein McGriddle Muffins—maple sausage, cheese, and Kodiak mix baked into high-protein, freezer-ready breakfast bites on the go!
Ingredients
2 cups Kodiak pancake mix
1 lb Jimmy Dean maple sausage, browned and patted dry
2 eggs
1¾ cups Fairlife milk (for extra protein)
¼ cup maple syrup
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Mix Kodiak mix, eggs, milk, and maple syrup in a large bowl.
Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese until fully combined.
Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Cool slightly before serving. Optionally drizzle with maple syrup.
