Ingredients

2 cups Kodiak pancake mix

1 lb Jimmy Dean maple sausage, browned and patted dry

1¾ cups Fairlife milk (for extra protein)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.

Mix Kodiak mix, eggs, milk, and maple syrup in a large bowl.

Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese until fully combined.

Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.

Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
