Description

Creamy Chicken Divan blends broccoli, chicken & cheesy sauce in one cozy casserole—perfect for weeknights, leftovers & family dinners!


Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli

  • 2 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, chopped

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Layer Base: Spread frozen broccoli evenly in the dish. Top with chopped cooked chicken.

  • Make Sauce: Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.

  • Assemble: Pour sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar.

  • Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.

 

  • Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm—great with rice or bread.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for ease.

  • Swap frozen broccoli for fresh if desired (lightly steam first).
