Ingredients
2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer Base: Spread frozen broccoli evenly in the dish. Top with chopped cooked chicken.
Make Sauce: Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.
Assemble: Pour sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar.
Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm—great with rice or bread.
Notes
Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for ease.
Swap frozen broccoli for fresh if desired (lightly steam first).
Add breadcrumbs or crushed crackers on top for crunch.
