Ingredients

1/2 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy), casings removed

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup onion, diced

1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (low-sugar for keto)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

12 slices pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease two 10-oz oven-safe bowls.
