Description

Warm Pretzel Cheese Sandwiches with melty Swiss, mayo, and Dijon—golden, gooey, and perfect for a quick, comforting vegetarian lunch!


Ingredients

  • 6 frozen soft pretzels

  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

  • Mayonnaise, as needed

  • Dijon mustard, as needed


Instructions

  • Bake Pretzels:

    • Preheat oven per package directions.

    • Bake pretzels for about 4 minutes or until heated through.

  • Assemble Sandwiches:

    • Let pretzels cool slightly.

    • Spread mayo and Dijon mustard on the flat side of 3 pretzels.

    • Add a slice of Swiss cheese on each.

    • Top with remaining pretzels to form sandwiches.

  • Melt Cheese:

    • Return sandwiches to oven and bake until cheese melts (a few minutes).
