Instructions
- Remove and Reserve Frosting: Use a spatula or knife to carefully scrape the frosting from both mini sheet cakes and transfer it to a medium bowl. Set the clean cake layers aside.
- Assemble the Layered Cake: Place one cake on your serving platter. Gently center the second cake on top to create a layered mini cake. If necessary, trim the edges so the cakes align neatly.
