			For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup honey
 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust for spice level)
 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry)
 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Pat wings dry, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
 - Arrange wings in a single layer and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
 - In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
 - Add honey, soy sauce, and sriracha; simmer for 2 minutes.
 - Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat.
 - Toss baked wings in the sauce until well coated.
 - Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
 
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end.
 - Adjust sriracha for a milder or spicier flavor.
 - Can be air-fried at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
