Ingredients
1 cup diced strawberries
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter, softened
1 egg
Instructions
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the cream cheese batter until just combined.
4. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
5. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoons onto a lined baking sheet, spacing 2″ apart.
6. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and tops are slightly golden.
7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
