Ingredients

8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or fusilli)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup (120 ml) buffalo sauce

4 oz (115 g) light cream cheese

½ cup (120 ml) ranch dressing

½ cup (50 g) shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Reduce heat, add buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch. Stir until creamy and smooth.

Add pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
