For the Cookies:

For the Kinder Buttercream Icing:

- 150g unsalted butter, softened

- 200g icing sugar

- 75g Kinder chocolate, melted and cooled slightly

- Additional Kinder chocolate pieces for decoration
Instructions

- Prepare the Cookie Dough

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.

- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

- Sift in the plain flour, cornflour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.

- Gently fold in the Kinder chocolate chunks, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

- Prepare the Cookie Dough

- Shape and Bake

- Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C (fan). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Scoop out 2-3 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and shape into balls. Place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set while the centers remain soft.

- Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before adding the icing.

- In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add the icing sugar, beating until fully combined and smooth.

- Assemble the Cookies

- Once the cookies are fully cooled, spread or pipe the Kinder buttercream icing on top of each one.
