- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pound grapes, halved (red or green)
- 12 ounces blueberries
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 3 mandarins or clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional, add just before serving)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, kiwis, mandarins, pineapple, and bananas if using.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Pour the glaze over the fruit and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
