Description

This vibrant and juicy summer fruit salad is bursting with color and natural sweetness. Featuring a medley of seasonal fruits tossed in a light honey-lime glaze, it’s the perfect side for picnics, barbecues, or healthy snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 pound grapes, halved (red or green)
  • 12 ounces blueberries
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 3 mandarins or clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 bananas, sliced (optional, add just before serving)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, grapes, blueberries, kiwis, mandarins, pineapple, and bananas if using.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  3. Pour the glaze over the fruit and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add bananas just before serving to avoid browning.
  • You can substitute or add other seasonal fruits like mangoes or cherries.
  • For a vegan version, use agave syrup instead of honey.
