Ingredients
Scale
Biscuit Bombs
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury biscuit dough
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese or string cheese pieces
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small disk using your hands or the palm of your hand.
- Stuff with Cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Pinch the edges together to seal completely, and gently roll them into a smooth ball.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place each cheese-filled biscuit, seam side down, onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one for expansion.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning (if using) until well blended.
- Brush the Biscuits: Generously brush each biscuit bomb with the prepared garlic butter, ensuring the tops and sides are coated.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–14 minutes, or until the biscuits are deeply golden brown on top and baked through.
- Finish & Serve: Allow the cheese bombs to cool slightly, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm for maximum gooey deliciousness.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan before baking.
- The bombs are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven.
- Swap mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for a different cheesy surprise.
- Leftovers can be reheated in a toaster oven for a few minutes to re-crisp.
