Description

This Philly Cheesesteak Pull-Apart Bread combines the classic flavors of a cheesesteak sandwich into a shareable, cheesy, and savory bread. It’s perfect for game day, parties, or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (16-ounce) tubes biscuit dough
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced roast beef, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces shredded provolone or mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a Bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add chopped roast beef, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly combined.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture and toss again to coat all the ingredients.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, pressing down slightly to distribute evenly.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked roast beef from the deli counter for convenience.
  • Switch up the cheese with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor profile.
  • Serve with a side of cheese sauce or au jus for dipping.
