- 2 (16-ounce) tubes biscuit dough
- 8 ounces thinly sliced roast beef, finely chopped
- 8 ounces shredded provolone or mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a Bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped roast beef, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly combined.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture and toss again to coat all the ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, pressing down slightly to distribute evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
