Description

Pepperoni Cheese Pull-Apart Bread packs all the cheesy, pepperoni pizza flavors you love into a soft, garlicky monkey bread that’s meant for sharing. Perfect as a party appetizer or a fun snack, it’s loaded with mozzarella, parmesan, and mini pepperoni, held together by buttery biscuit dough, and baked until irresistibly golden and bubbly.

Ingredients

Scale

Dough & Cheese

  • 2 cans (16 oz total) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Pepperoni & Seasoning

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni or chopped slices
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Butter & Prep

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • Cooking spray (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a bundt or loaf pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Toss Ingredients Together: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces with melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, mini pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan. Mix well to coat every piece evenly with flavor.
  3. Layer and Press: Transfer the biscuit mixture to the prepared pan in layers, gently pressing down as you go to help the pieces stick together and fill the pan evenly.
  4. Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly throughout.
  5. Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Carefully invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm, pulling apart pieces to enjoy all the cheesy, pepperoni goodness.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or chopped fresh basil before baking.
  • This bread is best eaten warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes.
  • Try serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
  • You can substitute turkey pepperoni or use vegetarian alternatives if desired.
