Enjoy crispy Parmesan herb-crusted salmon topped with a rich, zesty lemon butter sauce—an easy yet elegant meal perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat salmon dry and press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon crust-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  • Flip and transfer to the oven, cooking for another 5-6 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in garlic and lemon juice until fragrant.
  • Remove salmon from the oven and drizzle with lemon butter sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with roasted vegetables or a light salad.
  • Use Panko breadcrumbs for an extra crispy crust.
