1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups corn flakes
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in corn flakes until evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper using a spoon or cookie scoop.
Let cookies cool and set for 20–30 minutes before serving.
