Description

Easy no-bake peanut butter cornflake cookies are chewy, sweet, salty, and made with just 5 ingredients—perfect for quick treats or holiday snacks!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup light corn syrup

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 6 cups corn flakes


Instructions

  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil.

  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  • Gently fold in corn flakes until evenly coated.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper using a spoon or cookie scoop.

 

  • Let cookies cool and set for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added crunch, try mixing in mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts after removing from heat.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
