Description

  • 1 pound frozen or homemade meatballs, cooked
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups brown gravy (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Place the cooked meatballs evenly over the mashed potatoes.
  5. Pour the brown gravy evenly over the meatballs.
  6. If desired, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the meatballs and gravy.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
