			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 small onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
 - 8 oz egg noodles or pasta of choice
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
 - Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up with a spoon, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
 - Stir in garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms soften, about 4 minutes.
 - Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well, and cook for 1 minute.
 - Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring, then add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and cooked pasta. Mix until combined.
 - Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the top.
 - Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
