  • Yield: 8 pockets 1x

Description

Crispy, cheesy tortilla pizza pockets filled with pepperoni and sauce—perfect for quick meals, snacks, or party bites. Air fryer- and oven!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 20 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Mix flour and water in a small bowl to form a sealing paste.

  • Cut tortillas in half. Fold each half into a cone shape and seal the edge with the flour paste.

  • Fill each cone with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.

  • Seal the open edge with more paste, pressing firmly to close.

  • Spray each pocket lightly with cooking spray.

  • Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for 6 minutes until golden.

  • Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C), place on parchment-lined tray, and bake for 10–12 minutes.

  • Let cool slightly. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Try different fillings: sautéed veggies, sausage, or mushrooms.
  • For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Make ahead and freeze uncooked pockets—air fry or bake from frozen with a few extra minutes.
