Description
Crispy, cheesy tortilla pizza pockets filled with pepperoni and sauce—perfect for quick meals, snacks, or party bites. Air fryer- and oven!
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
20 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water
Cooking spray
Instructions
Mix flour and water in a small bowl to form a sealing paste.
Cut tortillas in half. Fold each half into a cone shape and seal the edge with the flour paste.
Fill each cone with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
Seal the open edge with more paste, pressing firmly to close.
Spray each pocket lightly with cooking spray.
Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for 6 minutes until golden.
Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C), place on parchment-lined tray, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool slightly. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Try different fillings: sautéed veggies, sausage, or mushrooms.
- For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
- Make ahead and freeze uncooked pockets—air fry or bake from frozen with a few extra minutes.
