Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, then add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
  5. Stir in garlic and fresh herbs, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic herb butter.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

  • For the juiciest steak bites, avoid overcrowding the pan and cook in batches.
