- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Optional: fresh dill and chopped pickles for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Transfer dip to a serving dish and sprinkle toasted panko over the top.
- Garnish with fresh dill and extra chopped pickles if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1–2 hours to chill and let flavors meld. Serve with potato chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
