Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Optional: fresh dill and chopped pickles for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. Transfer dip to a serving dish and sprinkle toasted panko over the top.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill and extra chopped pickles if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1–2 hours to chill and let flavors meld. Serve with potato chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
