Ingredients

2 eggs
½ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Maple syrup, for serving (optional)
Fresh fruit of your choice, for serving
Instructions
In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 10–20 minutes to thicken.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Spoon batter onto the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
Serve with maple syrup and fruit, if desired.
