  • ½ cup raspberry jelly (or preferred flavor)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Prep Air Fryer:

    • Lightly spray basket or use parchment to prevent sticking.

  • Cook Biscuits:

    • Place 4 biscuits in a single layer in the air fryer.

    • Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 6 minutes or until golden.

  • Coat Donuts:

    • Dip warm biscuits in melted butter, then roll in sugar.

  • Fill with Jelly:

    • Use a piping bag with narrow tip to fill each donut with jelly through a small side hole.

  • Serve:

    • Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use any jam or preserve you like—strawberry, grape, or apricot work well.
  • Donuts are best enjoyed fresh the same day.
