Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands!)
½ cup raspberry jelly (or preferred flavor)
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cooking spray
Instructions
Prep Air Fryer:
Lightly spray basket or use parchment to prevent sticking.
Cook Biscuits:
Place 4 biscuits in a single layer in the air fryer.
Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 6 minutes or until golden.
Coat Donuts:
Dip warm biscuits in melted butter, then roll in sugar.
Fill with Jelly:
Use a piping bag with narrow tip to fill each donut with jelly through a small side hole.
Serve:
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

- Use any jam or preserve you like—strawberry, grape, or apricot work well.
