Description

A caramel apple fluff salad with Granny Smith apples, Twix bars, and butterscotch pudding—no-bake fall dessert perfect for potlucks, parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant butterscotch pudding mix

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or buttermilk

  • 1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 4 Granny Smith apples, chopped and tossed with 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 (11.4 oz) bag mini Twix bars, chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/4 cup caramel syrup, for garnish


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk butterscotch pudding mix and Greek yogurt (or buttermilk) until smooth and thickened (about 3–4 minutes).

  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.

  • Add chopped apples and Twix pieces; stir until evenly mixed.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to chill and set.

 

  • Drizzle caramel syrup over the top just before serving.

Notes

  • Use tart apples for a balanced flavor against the sweet pudding and candy.
  • Can be made 1 day ahead; just wait to drizzle the caramel until serving.
