A caramel apple fluff salad with Granny Smith apples, Twix bars, and butterscotch pudding—no-bake fall dessert perfect for potlucks, parties.
Ingredients
2 (3.4 oz) packages instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or buttermilk
1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 Granny Smith apples, chopped and tossed with 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 (11.4 oz) bag mini Twix bars, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup caramel syrup, for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk butterscotch pudding mix and Greek yogurt (or buttermilk) until smooth and thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Add chopped apples and Twix pieces; stir until evenly mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to chill and set.
Drizzle caramel syrup over the top just before serving.
