- 2 to 3 crowns of broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- ½ to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange broccoli florets on the sheet.
- Using the bottom of a glass or measuring cup, gently press down on each floret to flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the smashed broccoli.
- Dust the tops with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
