Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting, or toss with buffalo sauce after roasting.
