- ¼ cup (60ml) honey
- Optional Add-ins:

- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If using add-ins, fold them into the blended mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to soften slightly.
