Description

This high-protein, two-ingredient ice cream is a creamy, customizable treat made with blended cottage cheese and honey. Perfect for a healthy dessert or snack, it can be tailored with your favorite add-ins like fruit, nut butters, or chocolate chips.

  • ¼ cup (60ml) honey
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, bananas)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If using add-ins, fold them into the blended mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
