Sweet, crunchy, and buttery—these Cinnamon Sugar Ritz Cracker Bites are the ultimate quick snack, dessert hack, and holiday party pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8.8 oz) box Peanut Butter Ritz Bits crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Place the Ritz Bits crackers in a large bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through for even baking.
  5. While baking, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Remove the crackers from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture while still hot. Toss gently to coat.
  7. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet. Break apart any clusters and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Be careful not to overbake the crackers to prevent burning the sugar coating.
  • These bites make great edible gifts during the holidays.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
