- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ cups mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1½ packages chocolate-flavored candy coating (e.g., CandiQuik)
Instructions
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
- Place a tablespoon of cookie dough on one brownie bite, then press another brownie bite on top to create a sandwich. Repeat for all.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until firm.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating as per package instructions.
- Dip each brownie sandwich in melted chocolate, fully coating it. Place back on the lined sheet.
- Sprinkle with remaining mini chocolate chips before the coating sets.
- Allow the coating to harden completely before serving.
