Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 packages (approx. 42 total) prepared fudge brownie bites
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1½ cups mini chocolate chips, divided
  • packages chocolate-flavored candy coating (e.g., CandiQuik)

Instructions

  • Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  • Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  • Place a tablespoon of cookie dough on one brownie bite, then press another brownie bite on top to create a sandwich. Repeat for all.

  • Dip each brownie sandwich in melted chocolate, fully coating it. Place back on the lined sheet.
