A viral-inspired handheld meal that fuses the cheesy indulgence of pepperoni pizza with the crisp, creamy freshness of a chicken Caesar salad—all rolled into a warm tortilla wrap.

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6–8 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: croutons, for crunch
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the center.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce and layer with pepperoni slices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the tortilla in the skillet, sauce side up, and cook uncovered for 2–3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bottom is lightly toasted.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, toss romaine, Caesar dressing, sliced chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
- Remove the tortilla from the skillet and place it on a plate or board.
- Pile the Caesar salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into a wrap.
- Optional: return to skillet seam-side down for 1–2 more minutes to crisp and seal.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.

- Use a whole wheat tortilla for a healthier twist.
- Add croutons just before serving to maintain crunch.
- Try with grilled shrimp or turkey instead of chicken for variety.
