- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Alternatively, grill or cook the corn on the stovetop.
 
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chopped parsley for extra freshness.
 
- Coat the Corn:
- Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring full coverage.
 
- Cook the Corn:
- Oven Method: Place corn on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway for even roasting.
- Grill Method: Grill over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, turning frequently for a slight char.
 
- Add the Cheese:
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheese over the corn.
- For oven baking, broil for 2–3 minutes to melt and brown the cheese slightly.
 
- Serve:
