Description

A bold twist on a comfort classic, this lasagna layers tender shredded chicken with creamy ranch, spicy buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese in a rich, flavor-packed casserole.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Place 3 noodles over the sauce.
  6. Add 1/3 of the chicken mixture, followed by 1/3 of the ricotta mixture. Repeat layers two more times.
  7. Top the final layer with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions before serving.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to desired spice level.
  • Leftovers keep well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
