A bold twist on a comfort classic, this lasagna layers tender shredded chicken with creamy ranch, spicy buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese in a rich, flavor-packed casserole.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Place 3 noodles over the sauce.
- Add 1/3 of the chicken mixture, followed by 1/3 of the ricotta mixture. Repeat layers two more times.
- Top the final layer with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to desired spice level.
- Leftovers keep well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
