Description

Creamy Caramel Apple Fudge bursting with cozy fall flavors — an easy no-bake sweet treat perfect for holidays, parties, and festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant apple cider drink mix

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.

  • Stir in apple cider mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  • Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  • Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the first layer.

  • Add the remaining fudge mixture and spread evenly.

  • Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until completely set.

 

  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a stronger apple flavor, add an extra tablespoon of apple cider mix.
  • Use a good quality caramel sauce for richer flavor.
