  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 large pita or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
  2. Preheat grill, skillet, or oven to medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely charred. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt for the creamy garlic sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Warm flatbreads until pliable.
  5. Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sliced chicken, and a generous drizzle of garlic sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  6. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
