- 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced
- Salt, to taste
- 4 large pita or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat grill, skillet, or oven to medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely charred. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thin.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt for the creamy garlic sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Warm flatbreads until pliable.
- Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sliced chicken, and a generous drizzle of garlic sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Roll tightly and serve immediately.
