Description

Blueberry Goat Cheese Dip—creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet with fresh herbs and honey, perfect for crunchy crackers, crostini, or fruit!


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (optional)
  • Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a small oven-safe dish or skillet.
  4. In a small bowl, toss blueberries with cinnamon, then scatter them over the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with extra honey.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of crackers or toasted bread.
