- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (optional)
- Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup honey until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a small oven-safe dish or skillet.
- In a small bowl, toss blueberries with cinnamon, then scatter them over the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with extra honey.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve warm with your choice of crackers or toasted bread.
