Ingredients

1 loaf of challah or French bread, cubed and slightly stale

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

8 large eggs

2 cups whole milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add bread cubes and blueberries; toss gently.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread mixture.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
