Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 (8.8-ounce) package Biscoff cookies

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 1/3 cups flaked sweetened coconut

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.

Pulse Biscoff cookies in a food processor into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the pan.

Warm Biscoff cookie butter and mix it with sweetened condensed milk.

Pour mixture over crust. Layer chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped nuts. Press down gently.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden.

Cool completely, cut into bars, and store in an airtight container.
