Instructions
- Prep & Preheat: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×5″ loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- Cinnamon Sugar & Apples: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Toss chopped apples with sugar.
- Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, then vanilla.
- Dry Mix: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Make Batter: Alternate adding dry mix and milk to the butter mixture—don’t overmix.
- Layer It Up: Add half the batter, cinnamon sugar, apples—repeat.
